Federation CLH only in Briefing #2?

Post by Wolverin61 »

I know there's a Federation CLH in Briefing #2 from this thread so I'm wondering if this is the only place you can find one in FC. Didn't see it listed on the Master Ship Chart.

There's a separate MSC for the Middle Years setting, compared to the one for the General War era - which is in Briefing 2.

Also, that pdf hasn't been revised since September 2008, before B2 was released anyway.

The CLH is only available for Federation Commander in Briefing #2. Please feel free to request it in the Communique ship request topic. But don't plan on it showing up anywhere as a laminated ship card.

I thought it'd be 83 squadron scale like the refitted one in SFB.

Thanks.

All right! They actually printed one of the ships I requested!

Now I see. The MY CLH doesn't have the plus refit yet.

Thanks Mike.

The Fed CLH...quiet possibly the most interesting "target" in all of SFU!

Other than special scenarios, has anybody ever found a purpose for the thing?

Is there currently any talk of doing some Briefing 2 boosters for "the basics"? Fed CA, Klin D7, Hyd Ran, etc.?

No. And it is off-topic to this discussion.

That said, please start a new topic on the idea. I think it is worth exploring ... (No promises, but I think giving it a topic to explore the idea is worthwhile.)

Well, no, but with Federation Admiral coming out, I have hopes.

Great job on that CLH mini too! I personally prefer the looks of the old multi-piece CL mini, but that paint job is awesome!

They're still targets... but useful and valuable targets. Everyone uses them, and everyone escorts them with a large enough force to defend them.
