I note from Comm 42 that Tholian bases have now been properly equipped with web devices.
This now begs the question about using those web boxes as snares.
Normally a snare can only 'fire' into a limited set of arcs, but now how does that work for bases? Since they have a different 'symmetry' from ships, and even from each other for different base types, how do the Snare arcs work for bases?

I will have to look at them again to see, and I won't have access to my base cards until this weekend.
As a general rule, they should have wide, evenly overlapping arcs. I will have to go back and see what I wrote for Starbases, then just apply it to the smaller bases.
Of course, if there are only two, they are LS/RS. If there is only one, it uses the "fleet scale" rules.
