Kzinti New Command Cruiser

The Kzinti New command Cruser does not say it can control 12 drones, is this correct? I know the old Command Cruser can control 12.

It was corrected. It can indeed control 12 drones.

Check the Communique version of the ship.

One follow-up question for this, what Hull is the NCC based off of? I would have thought the NCA, but it's BP difference is huge...

It's the CC version of the NCA.
