Turn and cancel move.

A question that came up the other day mid game, I think I may have got this wrong and been thinking of HETs.

Assuming you have met your turn mode, can you turn and then cancel the move forwards or is the turn and move forward all part of the same thing, so you either do it all or cancel it all?

You can turn and then decel.

Savedfromwhat got it. The other thing is that the cancelled movement point does count towards fulfilling your next turn mode count, but does not count towards your sideslip mode count.
