This is just an idea, but I do not see why it will not work.

We have a Z-CVS [SS] and a Z-CVS [FS], so why not use the Z-CVS [FS] as a Z-FFV [SS]? That way there is no need for a new card and you get double use out of a card that already exists.

As a player workaround, that will do until the real ship is printed.
