I can never figure out how to upload stuff here, but if somebody else can download the PDF and move it here, knock yourselves out.

Ah, the idea of doing this with SFB SSD's had been bounced around before. I supported the idea there, and I like the idea here too. Yes, I would buy it. The only limiter I see is that 3 cruisers could get very tight, especially Hydrans with their fighters or the Lyrans with their wide silhouettes.

Preferably, no!
I had a dickens of a time finding 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet protectors that will hold 2 half sized cards in a 2-up format to fit my standard 3-ring binders (Thanks Will)
I do not want to even think about reconfiguring my storage solution to accomodate 11x17 ship cards.

If we go with cruiser squadrons, I'd rather see two vanilla cruiser on a single 8 1/2 x 11 sheet. This would fit in my current storage solution, and would allow me the option to use a third vanilla cruiser or a leader variant, at my discretion.

Tony, can you re-do that PDF and change the name to "Klingon_3xF5_Squadron", please? There's already a PDF in the offical library named "Klingon_F5_Squadron".

Putting only 2 cruisers at a time seems reasonable, and echoes an idea I mentioned on the BBS for the Andromedans.

(Said idea was that Andro satellite ships could be divvied up according to their size class. So, one could have a card with 2 Mambas, another with 3 Cobras, and a third with 4 Vipers.)

Indeed, to expand on another mention elsewhere, ISC cards could be themed according to their place in the echelon. 'Gunline Cards' could have 3 FFs or DDs each (dunno if 4 FFs would fit together the way you might do with Vipers, though) and 'Echelon Cards' could have a pair of light cruisers, or one CL and one CS, on it.

Well, you could just print an entire fleet on a card the size of the F&E map.

You're not helping the situation any... although it would be cool to have. You could just hang the opposing fleets on opposite sides of the game room and have at it.

I'll second a no on that idea. Space on the table tends to be precious when I play.

just what would be on an 11"x17" card? would it be something like a C7 + 3 F5's or is it for 3 cruisers.
