Question about EM and Disabled

hi! I just finished my 2nd game. There are some question during the game:

1) If a pre-loaded/loaded Torpedo is hit, does pre-loaded/loaded state lost?
2) If a shttle bay is hit, does it lost its shuttle in it? Same thing happen to ADD too?
3) When a ship Evasive Maneuvering, rule say it can't fire any weapon. Is that mean even in defense fire phase which would leave the ship defenseless against seeking weapons?

1) Yes. Any box that "held a charge" when it is disabled loses that charge. [Note that this doesn't apply to batteries. Batteries only hold energy between turns, not during a turn. When a battery is disabled, you only lose the battery.]
2) Yes. Any box that "held" a "thing" when it is disabled loses that charge.
3) Yes. No weapons fire at all. Yes, that means it may only use speed to avoid seeking weapons.

And lets not forget about the Plasma Torpedo exception as well... /ducks and hides...
