Member/subject species use?

Hi.


When campaigns are being run using a faction with many member (or subject) species, how much of a variety of species do you usually see in your games?

For example, in cases like the Federation and ISC (the latter having stats in GPD4e at least) is there a good mix of human, Vulcan, Andorian, Tellarite - or Veltressai, Rovillian, Korlivilar etc - PCs in the group?
