Okay,
I know that this may be a boring topic, but I was looking at my Turn/Slip markers for the Federation, and I cannot find #s 7, 8, & 10. Am I missing something? I can find #9 in Federation Academy and 11+ in Romulan Border, but no luck anywhere else.

7, 8 and 10 have not been produced in FC in black on blue. 7 and 8 have been produced in FC in white on blue.
