Vudar minis!

Post by Nerroth »

They may have been posted elsewhere, but I figured they deserved their own thread here in the Starline sub-board.

They are the DN:

The CA:

The CL/CW:

And the DD/DW and FF/FFW:

Who's looking forward to getting them?

I will be pivcking up the full set at Origins... and they will be top priority for paint once I retrun home.

Heck! I may even take files and primer to Columbus with me and prep them between F&E battles to accelerate the final process that much more... 8)

I'd like to see how the CL, DD and FF would look in Middle Years decors (when the Vudar Enclave logo still had the Klingon trefoil on it) to get an idea of the ships they were flying prior to their Main Era fleet...

You should paint yours purple and green, with hot pink highlights.

That way, no one will confuse their Vudar with yours.

uhhh... I forgot that.

Here's an idea... let's just sit down with Steve and ask him for the official color scheme while we're there.

I think I will paint mine either brown (if I can find the right shade) or greyish purple.

Well... thanks to Gary...
I have to get two sets.
One will be painted in traditional Klingon colors complete with Klingon Trefoils.
The second set will be "free" Vudar.
I'm hoping Adams artwork on the covers will reveal a bit more detail regardign teh colors used.

The cover of W&P and the cover of Booster 28 and the cover of Squadron Box 28 and the cover of Border Box 10 should give you all you need as far as a color scheme.

You're quite welcome!

At least for the Middle Years fleet, you'd only need three classes of ship to go with.

Well, maybe a fourth, if you felt like converting a spare frigate into a police flagship...

If you can't wait, try the cover of Module F2...

Is there a bigger pic of that posted somewhere? Or could it be posted somewhere?
