FRAX Rules, are they only in CL41?
Are Fed Com rules for the Frax found only in Captain's Log 41? Were any Frax rules ever in a Communique or other product?

The only special rules applying to the FRAX are the submarine rules (and Axion torp rules for the torpedo boats). They use the standard rules for all of their other ships, such as disruptors, drones and ADDs. The only difference between a FRAX ship and a Klingon ship (or a Kzinti ship for that matter) is the Ship Card. If you have CL #41 you have all the special rules for the FRAX.

Since somebody asked for frax stuff on e23, we plan to do this.
1. When i get time, i will create the four Frax ships for CL#42 (CWV, CWE, DWE, FFE).
2. After that point, i will create a 12-ship e23 package of Frax from CapLog including CL40, CL41, CL42, and the rules pages from each.
3. Expect it on e23 for $9.95 sometime in September or so.

Great idea! It would nicely consolidate things and allow us to make our own color ship cards for the Frax ships that were presented in greyscale in Captain's Log.2. After that point, i will create a 12-ship e23 package of Frax from CapLog including CL40, CL41, CL42, and the rules pages from each.

thank you Svc !, not to be greedy but could counters be included in the Pdf ?
fun fun fun in the sun sun sun
Sure, if SVC can find a printer who can die-cut electrons!
If you did want cardboard counters, you probably could purchase counters from ADB as spare parts. Not sure which product, C4?

I hope everyone knows that ADB sells blank counters. I have made my own counters and its easy.
If ADB would include PDF counters with the aforementioned product, one need only to print them out on a sheet of labels, cut them out and stick them to the blank counters sold by ADB.
If your next question is that there are no proper size labels for that, you would only need to buy the Avery labels 8165 8 1/2 x 11 label.
On the back of the Booster covers there are often counter graphics. I scanned those and printed them on labels and stuck them on blank one inch counters. Easy Peasy.
