Paul: thanks.

Others: 450 points is about right for three heavy cruisers, or one big ship and two little ones. Would it make much difference if you were flying two ships instead of three?

From my perspective...
There's not much difference in flying three ships or flying two.
Once you get above a single ship, the effort/time required for each additional ship is only a fraction ofhte time required for that first ship.

i.e., A single ship may take 30 minutes a turn while two ships makes it 40 and a third makes it 50 or so.
So, once you get above one ship... there's not that big a difference between 2 v. 3 - so I say stick with the 425 to 450 point values.

Although, if you really want to shorten the rounds - cut the points in half (225) and use fleet scale ships! But that's another arguement...

Or three mediums ones. I think the three ships/450 points are a-ok.

If 450 points are maintained, I feel the 3-4 ship allowance should also be retained.

And no fleet scale for me either!

I agree, 450 points, 3-4 ships... I think two is too few, even if they are huge points ships.

Alright... Scoutdad renewed his FCOL (and SFBOL while there) membership.

Got a plans for Fri / Sat and a date with my wife on Sunday - but next week I'll be looking for a game or two.
