TK5 and OK6

Are these ships allowed in the Middle years? Thanks.

Neither is listed on the MSC for the Middle Years, so I'm going to guess officially, no.

The OK6 wasn't in service until Y165 (2565), so that's the end of Middle Years at best (don't have Briefing #2 handy right now).

The TK5 wasn't in service until Y170 (2570), and that's pretty much the eve of the General War.

That said, you can always come up with a scenario that could pit ships of the Middle Years against these since not every ship got upgraded instantly, so you could have old ships fighting the new ones right out of the shipyard.

That, and nobody is going to stop you from doing what YOU want to in your own gaming group(s).

As the giant robot said, officially the TK5 and OK6 do not appear during the Middle Years, and are not available for us in the Middle Years.
