There is no better Gorn ship. The YCL is as good as it gets. And goncidering the relative power of EY plasma, using the YCLs for the Paravians and ISC actually works well.

"or might the Kingbird be a better (or rather, less worse) option "

Sorry. What is a Kingbird?
Nothing is quite as persuasive as a disruptor pistol on slow burn and a rotisserie......

Frankly, all of the Romulan Sublight are similar in fighting ability. The WB, sublight Battle Hawk, sublight snipe, sublight Vulture even really aren't that different in fighting power. The Vulture is the only one thats really more powerful, but the mere fact that it has a extra pl-R doesn't make it stronger than light-speed cruisers, not even Eraly Years ones.

So long as they can still fight fairly against the western YCAs, I suppose I'd be okay with it.

The Kingbird is kind of the Early Years equivalent of the King Eagle, sorta.

Oh, how different are QWT rules in the Middle Years or Main Era? If they don't need too much work, a half-pack of six modern Paravians could be an option... if there are at least that many ships in print for them to choose from, I guess.

At this point, I have the three "missing" ships on the "when you are bored" clipboard. When they get done, they'll get posted to e23 in two packs of six or one or twelve, not sure about that yet.

Ok guys, remember to check the FC News topic for e23 releases. We just released a "six pack" of cards and not only does it have counters, it has a scenario! I won't guarantee a scenario in every pack, but it seemed like you guys deserved a treat in our inaugural offering.

I hope you enjoy it!

OMG! Going to buy it now...

EDIT: Waiting for a day or two. Need to consider whether I want booster 92 or Frax pack more.

I'm going to have to really score brownie points with the wife so I can get the Frax pack before payday.

The scenario is Kumerian's Karisma and while it has appeared in CL#41, I think it is a fun scenario. It inspired SVC to write a story and (in a reverse) inspired Petrick to write a scenario for SFB. I hope you do enjoy it.

So, with the Frax pack getting a BB as one of six, does this set a precedent of counting double-size battleship cards as one (not two) ship, in terms of what one might expect from other packs going forward?

It means that the Frax battleship was counted as a single ship card in the six-pack. It doesn't necessarily mean anything for the future.

I counted the Frax BB as one not two simply because I thought I did a cool job on it and wanted to show it off.

I've seen the counters for the Frax Pack #2 and they are seriously cool. I'll try to get a picture up on Monday on our page of Facebook (Monday is when we plan to release the pack on e23). There's an added bonus of a brand new scenario!

Hi,

I went to finally look at this e23 site again but it was really difficult to find. (I was there awhile back and did not bookmark it.)

I went through several pages of the discussion and could not find a link.

I finally went to the facebook page and found an e23 link near the bottom.

One suggestion I would have is to have a link in a prominent location on the fed commander or starfleetgames site so it is easier for new customers to find.
