Just bought the Klingon pack yesterday. If the ships for a future federation pack are still in flux, there are some interesting classes I saw while looking through the starship name registry that I have never seen:
CB Heavy Command Cruiser
CD/NCD Drone Cruisers
NAC Plasma Cruiser

Well, Fed Pack 1 is long since set (DN, CC, CA, CL, FF, BC) but there is always Fed Pack 2, 3, 4, and so forth.
I don't think those ships you mentioned are in FC yet, but the drone and plasma ships would be candidates. The CB (part of the universe wide CCH type) isn't in FC and may or may not be added "en bloc" sometime.

The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander
The NCD is already in the game in Booster 92.
Perhaps you meant the NDC (which is based on the NCA) rather than the NCD (which is based on the NCL). The ship is terrible, but, sure, why not? The NAC is on the list of candidates for inclusion into FC.
The CD is not, however, due to the presence of its special sensors. It is pretty much BoM material only.
