This game will be:
Will (djdood) flying a Kzinti BC
versus
Scott (scotto) flying an ISC Strike Cruiser

Tony L. Thomas (scoutdad) will be the moderator.
The game will be played on a 42 x 30 hex, fixed map.
Will will start in hex 1701
Scott will start in hex 2630.

Energy Allocation is due to the moderator by midnight, November 8th.

I have received Scott's order for Turn 1, impulses 1 through 4.
I have received Will's EA, but no move orders. (Nov 10th_

Unless move orders are received within 48 hours, This game will be marked as a forfit and Scott will be declared the victor.

My apologies for the continued delays. If I can't get my act together by the new deadline, then conceding is the only honorable thing to do.
