With the new ability for ADDs to fire offensively, I would like to know if this also applies to the Frax Subs while they are cloaked. I'm assuming that Frax Subs are still limited to firing ADDs only defensively while cloaked, but thought I would ask since this is likely to come up in a future game. Thanks,
Garrett
Frax Subs Fire ADDs Offensively While Cloaked?

To follow up, can Frax subs fire anything defensively while cloaked? IIRC nothing else can fire defensively while cloaked, and I don't see any exceptions in the Frax sub rules in Frax Pack #3.

I don't have Frax Pack #3. However, the article in CL41 on page 40 says:
So, yes, they can do that. But phasers and ADDs are only in defensive fire.Submarine Rules: Frax submarines have cloaking devices that use the normal rules except that some axion torpedoes and drones can be fired while the ship is cloaked. Frax submarines can fire their phasers and anti-drones against impacted seeking weapons even while cloaked. Frax submarines have stealth coating which is used only when they are not cloaked.
