In Advanced Missions, is each groud base its own BPV? What I mean is that it shows 6 ground bases on the SSD. Am I right to assume if it says BPV=8, then the six of them are a total of 48 BPV? Am I also right to assume that I can put only one base on the planet and I would cost only 8?
