Phaser/weapons SSD question - firing arcs.

Post by Czuhars »

OK - something I've always wanted to have clarified:
On a ship's SSD (let's use a Fed CA as an example)
The CA has two left Type-I phasers. Right? These phasers (3+4) are marked:

LF
L

which obviously mean they can fire Left-Forward arc and Left arc.

But do BOTH these phasers fire in these arcs? Or does the top one (3) fire in the LF arc and the bottom one(4) fire in the L arc? I assume they both can fire in both arcs, but just wanted an "official" clarification.

Thanks again - and again, sorry for the way noob question.

They can both fire in both the L and LF arc.

Yep. It's just too cluttered to put separate codes for each box. If the boxes are linked, they all fire in the same arcs.
