Marcus, you've made it to the corner and no one has stuck their head out or anything.... Your at the T-intersection. The door to the "posh office" is directly ahead. You suspect the Guard to be right around the corner to your right.

The party is coming along behind you.

Now what?

Marcus qucikly turns his head towards the party and motions the guard is around the corner. He mouths to the group "GRENADE" and puts out his hand. Then turns his head back to watch for the guard.

(Sheesh, two pages and no email. Someone should mention this post emailer ain't that good to the web people... Sorry.)

Fred is game, although he feels he could have done a better fast talk job, if he had only been quick enough to try.

He comes around the corner ready to light 'em up, and sees Marcus motioning that someone else is around the next corner. He sticks the gun around the corner, and opens up, filling the hallway with bouncing lead.

"Let's see you ricochet one of them phaser beams like this," he comments happily. "The right tool for the right job. This thing's filling that hallway with so much lead and bouncing lead and re-bouncing lead, that poor guy's probably gonna take 10 hits from 4 bullets."

Given the extremely futuristic, dense, high quality materials used in the building materials here... bullets richochet really well.

Rokerig yells, "No, wait!"

It uses up a clip of ammo as Fred sprays the uzi all around... and a couple of stray shots even richochet into the party's direction. A nomad warrior is grazed slightly.

But after a few seconds emptying a clip, it's not long before you hear screams around the corner... along with a heavy thud.

Marcus says,"Ok that guard gave off the alarm let's get into the room ASAP. Skexis/Fred you think you can jam the doors in this area with that map device we stole?" He peaks around the corner to see the status of the guard. He will approach the guard take whatever weapon he has and his communicator to monitor any chatter.. "Let's move!"

OOC: waiting to see what weapon the guard had and also if their is any chatter over the radio. Then he will enter the room.

"No clue," he says, grabbing the guard, making sure he's unarmed and unmoving, and once the doorway is open, dragging him into it .

"I wouldn't relay on that thing, though, clever piece of hacking but possible they can just turn it off once they find out we're using it."

The guard is passed out in a pool of his own blood.

He is armed with phaser design that excludes the kill option.

The door is locked.

No one comes to your area during the ten seconds or so it takes to ascertain all of this.

"I tell you what. I don't think they'd appreciate us killing their people, so I'm gonna patch him up real quick, he's no threat now."

If there's no other immediate problems, Fred will patch him and lean him against the door, so he blocks it when it opens.

Skexis opens the map device. He touches the green dot over the room to the room the party is entering until it turns red.
