Sensor Outposts

Post by Mike »

I don't know about the GW era, but in the Middle Years at least one empire (the Feds) had a series of outposts set up along the border of a neutral zone with another empire (the Roms) to monitor movement in the zone.

While all of the posts may not have been manned, at least one was and it was deep inside an asteroid.

What I am wondering is what those outposts, both manned and unmanned, might look like in terms of ship cards in FC.

Perhaps existing ship cards can be substituted wholesale or with slight modifications. Perhaps something new is needed.

Thoughts? Discussion?

Over on the other board SVC posted in his My Day/Blog he finished the Ground Base Cards for Captians Log 43. What you are looking for is probably in there. If it is not it is probably a BoM thing because of the Special Sensor. Might as well hold off on this conversation until we see what he put in Captians Log.

Yep, it's in CL43. Just insert a special sensor into the "main weapon" box.
