Does anyone know what the FLA destroyer and frigates look like?

The OCA looks nice, but the equivalent ships the Federal Republic use are a little different. (The Armored Cruiser (CLA) has 2 standard photons, both FA, and 2 light photons, LF+L and RF+R. The larger Battlecruiser (BC) has 3 standard photons, LF+L, FA and RF+R, and the same LF+L/RF+R lights as the CLA on either side.)

The FRA frigate looks pretty similar to the Fed police ship, though the art Rick did for the playtest ship card has separate launchers for the prow light photons.

The Destroyer is a hybrid design; it has a stretched version of the FF's secondary hull, but with a Klingon F5C's boom and warp engines.

(If I ever get around to painting my own FRA ships, I would use a mostly similar scheme to Star Fleet, only swapping the red with blue, and the arrowheads with Auroran stars. Not sure what scheme I'd use for the Throne of Ozymondas; but, in my mind, something reminiscent of ancient Egypt seems to be in order...)

Looking good, though I'd sooner go with white rather than grey for the cruiser's hull.

I like your choices with the Throne. In my mind, I was thinking of going with a sandey-stoney scheme, almost like the kind of thing you'd see at Abu Simbel. Or maybe with some white segemtns, like the paintings on the inside of a royal tomb. Or something. Not sure yet.

But then, if I actually did more than talk (well, type) on the matter, I'd have more of a leg to stand on...

I wasn't too happy with the Throne,as she was too wide and slim,so here's the Throne MkII.

Ok ,so the OCA model doesn't quite match the existing drawing, but being based on the OCA SSD,she does already have quad photon launchers. I may later on add the prow launchers, but I'm quite happy with her as she stands at the moment. Now as for the FF's,I don't have any of the official POL corvettes,so I'll utilize my own version of the POL instead, which looking different from the real one, will help to differentiate the Auroran POL from the Alpha one. :D

I've now painted up one of my own POL's as a FRA Frigate, and as you can see, she's very markedly different from an Alpha Quad POL.
OOPS,quite a lot of paint smudges I see,ah well, that's middle aged eyesight for you.
