Romulan Armada: Police Cutter?

I am new to the Starmada products and not super familiar with FC lingo. Anyway, is the Armed Cutter in Romulan Armada the same as a Police Cutter?

I ask as I am attempting the scenario 8RA8 Shield of Federation from Romulan Attack but using Romulan Armada. I was just going to use the same ships as mentioned and not worry about point cost in Starmada as I am hoping it all works out.

Hey. Not sure if I'm answering exactly what you're asking as I'm not familiar with FC, but the Police Cutter in Klingon Armada is indeed different from the Armed Cutter in Romulan Armada. The Police Cutter is more heavily armed and half as fast.

The Police Cutter is a Federation ship using an old Terran hull layout; the Armed Cutter is an armed variant of the civilian Armed Priority Transport.
