With POD, production time for hard copy or ePrint is the same. You still have to develop, playtest, revise, proof-read, playtest more... produce color ship cards, check said ship cards, revise, re-proof, ad nauseum...

Design time is design time.

Doing someting on e23 or not has (in most cases) no effect on release date or whether it has a release date.

For something with a lot of expensive color printing (the omega pack) e23 is a good option.

The problem with BoM is that if it is released at all, there will be people for some BoM becomes FC (they won't play FC without BoM) and that might split some groups into two warring factions, each of which are too small to survive normal attrition.

They are the boosters for Transports Attacked. Therefore, they contain tugs, LTTs, and some civilian ships.

I know it's not FedCom... but I'm getting really excited about the SFBF expansion blurb at the bottom.
I've loved that game for a while!

Steven Petrick has completed Module E3: Borak Star League and we will release that at the same time.

What is this?

It is SFB Module E3 and it is about the Borak, a species on a planet in the Hydran outback. They were just getting into space when the Hydrans got kicked off the map and the Hydrans decided to "contain" the Borak. The module is about what the Borak would have been if they had not been "contained". The Borak were no longer allowed to build armed starships but did work for the Hydrans producing stuff from Class-L/M/N/O planets.

So, basically, they are the Hydrans' Peladine? (An almost-empire that was nipped in the bud by a pre-existing empire.)
