Again, I am very impressed with how well the "feel" of the SFU ships are translating to a different game system. Mongoose obviously worked very hard to "get" what makes the different SFU ships and their variants what they are and provide those distinctions in their system.

I'm still getting my head around concepts like "attack dice", but I'm seeing the proportions where my mind's-eye expects them. I have really high hopes for this game.

It goes without saying that the new minis are fantastic looking. It's a treat to see the Kirov and the "tv ship" in the new models and all painted up. They look fantastic and I want to get some on my workbench soon.

I did indeed. I was giving it a day or so, to see if I got an email from you I could reply to with a thank you.

I feel the Fed ships might look clearer if they were photographed with a darker background...

You're probably right, but these photographs will eventually find there way into the CTA: SF rulebook and having a white background gives more flexibility when it comes to pasting into a document.

Regardless of background, those are looking very sharp; well done.

Attack dice are pretty straightforward. One attack die = one weapon. A 4 or better rolled on a die inflicts one hit (as a general rule). Some weapons have special traits that modify either the die roll to hit, or the number of hits inflicted by a hit.

Very nice...

How about some Klingon examples?

Will, grats on the Star and Bar. Minor question why is the 2500 Bar a different color (orange) than the other ones (yellowish) you got for other mins?

Edit: Did a little digging and though there is not a color listed for miniture the orange on is card games... Dangit... Proof checking is over downing let it freaking go.
