Emergency Evacuation - Boarding Parties, and Andromedans

Two questions on Emergency Evacuation (5E7), if I may, please:

1) During an Emergency Evacuation, can I please clarify that the 'entire crew' of the ship being evacuated does include the Boarding Parties too? And therefore, if these are transported to a friendly 'rescuing' ship, they can be used as extra Boarding Parties by that rescuing ship?

2) For Andromedan evacuations, can an Andromedan rescuing ship recover the crew of an Andromedan ship through a functioning panel bank on the stricken ship?

1) Yes. This has been covered before. The 'entire crew' includes all surviving marine units. If they are transported to an enemy ship, they are surrendered when they arrive. (Effectively, they are destroyed, though the individuals aren't actually harmed in the process.) If they are transported to a friendly ship, they are fully active and ready for use in the defense of their new ship, or even for offensive operations.

2) Yes, they can be recovered through an operating panel bank.
