BPV of Orion bases

What are the BPV of Orion bases? Since they replace all PH-4 with PH-1, they should cost a lot less than a standard base.

Can I assume that Orion bases have the same BPV as other bases even though they are much less effective?

Yes, it appears that Orion bases use the same Point Value as any other bases. Despite getting hosed in the phaser department.

It probably represents the cost of bribing local officials not to notice the large "repair and salvage" structure that has suddenly appeared on the edges of the space lanes!
