Federation Commander Graduation

I have a question. My long awaited copy of Graduation just came in. However, it does not have a Kzinti Frigate Ship Card. Is that not included in the set, or does my set have a production error?

Based on the Master Ship Chart in the Commanders' Circle, it would appear that you should have received a Kzinti Frigate ship card. Please send an email to "sales (at) starfleetgames.com" (with (at) replaced by the appropriate symbol) and explain the situation. Leanna (the ADB sales department) will be able to help you from there.
