Federation Frigate Question

Bummer about the parts, but congrats on the (essentially meaningless, but kinda fun) achievement of reaching "Commodore" posting rank here on the board. First one to do it, AFAIK.

Yes, he is the first to reach Commodore. However, he did it a while ago (like 800+ posts).
