Worst ever
Spent the whole day watching a Trek marathon on HBO (movies 1-6) while playing FC. My wife and I spent the day arguing this topic-- who is the WORST KLINGON EVER? So far, the front runner is the captain in ST5.
ST5 has the worst ever lots of things.

Worf - simply because for most of TNG he was used as a punching bag whenever the writers wanted to show how tough the Alien of the Week (tm) was.

In general, the TNG Klingons with their "honor" schtick remind me more of Niven's Kzinti in his Known Space series than they do of the TOS Klingons. Of the two, the later is a real threat to the Federation.

worst ever
all of st 5 sucked except for the gorgous shot of the Enterprise with the full moon behind her. As for worst Klingon, take your pick of most of the TNG Samurai style Klingons. the Duras sisters were probably the worst of the lot.
fun fun fun in the sun sun sun
Ew. Even that shot in ST:V was bad.
It makes for a lovely still-image. However, the production had a bunch of scheduling snafus and none of the A-list FX houses had time available to do the effects. They ended up being done by a house that just didn't know how to do feature-quality motion-control photography (or at least couldn't with the shoe-string budget that was available).
It's why the space shots in TV:5 all look "off" - the depth of field is not the same as the other films, there isn't parallax-shift on moving ship scenes, etc.
Not to mention a lot of really bad design decisions; the new, smaller shuttlebay (to allow for a cheaper set), the ridiculous periscope/swivel-chair on the Bird of Prey, etc.
Given the issues with the non-tech portions of ST:V, I try to pretend it never happened...

And don't forget... Mark Lenard was also General Urko in the series, Planet of the Apes!

That's what happens when you have an employee named Leonard and you write that down every day of the week. It gets ingrained.
Plus, it gives everyone here something to chuckle over.

Worst Klingon ever? Well, first of all, the Klingons lost something when they went to the turtle face makeup. The old Klingons were like Mongol warlords with warp technology. They were enemies to be feared, and respected. At some point, they went from being warlords to being like professional wrestlers. The TNG Klingons were never smart enough to have been a threat to the Federation. But worst ever? After Reverend Jim as a Klingon, I could never quite take them seriously again, so I guess he's my least favorite.
"Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away" - Philip K Dick
Maltz (John Laroquette in STIII), I find him worse the Rev. Jim because he gave up way too easy and was too dumb to double check the life sign readings to see that he was transporting humans aboard with no Klingons.
B'elanna Torres from Voyager. A Klingon with daddy issues, great.
The rabid young Klingon captain from ST:V. Hes an idiot, I mean he goes from shooting space junk to thinking he can bag James T. Kirk. Very delusional at best.
