Middle Years DD

Is the DD in Com 5 the same as the middle years version? If not, how do I convert it? I am assuming I need to delete the drone rack and the Ph-3s?

... and change the reactors to labs. That'll get you the MY DD.

(Just to be clear, the total change is delete the drone rack, delete the Ph-3s, change the reactor to lab. Point Value is 94, I believe.)
