In SFU game-terms, it's a never-built cruiser design. It was in the Stellar Shadows Journal Vol.1 product (all of which was "conjectural" fun-but-not-real things).

Personally, I don't think it looks like an SFU Klingon at all. To me it looks like a FASA K-23 and a Next Generation Vor'cha got drunk and made an ugly baby. However, there's no rule saying I have to buy it when it comes out.

No, I am pretty sure an F-15 (and so forth) have not been done. However, I can't imagine it would take any real effort to do so.Steve Cole wrote:Did we do an F-15? Oh well, I guess we can. C-19? Hmmm.... C-17? D-15? E-14? The mind boggles.
My point is more on the miniature front. If Mongoose wants differently styled Klingons (as an alternative to the traditional Klingons), then providing at least an F-15 in addition to the D-17 would be beneficial, as it lets buyers have different sized ships to choose from. Giving them a D-17 by itself gives them a ship. Adding in an F-15 and C-19 would give them a fleet.

I like the D17 - it is nice to have a couple of different units in the fleet (and in SFB terms you could say it was just too different to allow ease of logistics & maintenance compared with the more traditional designs).
Nothing is quite as persuasive as a disruptor pistol on slow burn and a rotisserie......
