Cloak and special sensors.

Just checking
Which happens first in other functions phase special sensors to kill drones and s.shuttles or cloaking.

Also
You can use special sensors while cloaked, correct?
If you cannot you need to state this in either the special sensors rules or the cloak rules.

I'm pretty sure cloaked units aren't supposed to be able to use special sensors, but you are right, the rules don't seem to say so.

1) It was intended that cloaking is the very last thing that happens in Other Functions. I will have to double-check this, but that is what is sticking out in my mind.

2) No, you are not supposed to be able to use special sensors while cloaked. We'll have to get a note about that into Communique.
