E23 question

Are the klingon built romulan ships on e23? I could not find them. if they are not I would like a klingon designed romulan Ship pack. it should include the black and white ships From the comminique. especially including the kd5r, kc7r, kwr. If it would help i am willing to pre order.

Not yet (at least the last time I checked). The Romulan pack is loaded with the old Eagle ships -- KE, WE, etc. I'm waiting patiently for each race to get its next pack
