Cloaking Cost for Romulan Vulture

Is the Squadron Scale cloaking cost of 2+1/2 and Fleet Scale cost of 1+1/4 correctly printed on the ship card for the Vulture (Card #226 of Booster #36).

It is the same as that for a KR rather than the same as that for a Condor.

If it is correct, what is the historical reason (if there is one)?

Yes, that is correct. Those old ships just used cloak well.

Great. I can see why between the two Rs, cheap cloaking and a large number of batteries it is such desirable ship.

Just remenber for the vulture move cost is 1.5 and turn mode is E.
Only 6 phaser ones mostly fa arc.
