The Lord Admiral is just a beefier version of the Lord Marshall. In other words, the Lord Marshall is a CC and the Lord Admiral is a CCH. (As an example, for the Federation, their CC is the CC, and their CCH is the CB.)

The Cheyenne is a sister design to the Iroquois and Mohawk new heavy cruisers. The Cheyenne, however, had a combined armament (2 HB, 2 Fusion) instead of 4 of one or the other. In SFB, it was considered an unsuccessful design, as only two were built. However, what makes it kinda special is that it is the only real non-command ship that features a combined armament. It gives a nice change-up for Hydrans to be able to choose.

Why is the CCH version for the Lord Bishop not being considered?

I dunno. Maybe no one has been asking for it?

When it comes time for formal publication of the CCHs (whenever that might possibly be), Both the Lord Admiral and the other Lord (sorry, forgot the name and not looking it up) will be considered and in the list, along with every other CCH. But, when doing them one at a time in Communique (or in groups of three or four in Captain's Log), there will only be one Hydran done, and the historical preference has always been given to the Lord Marshall side of things.

Lord Cardinal?
Nothing is quite as persuasive as a disruptor pistol on slow burn and a rotisserie......
