Federation Captain's Game?

Can I post my ideas here for a Federation Captain's Game which would be a combination of SFB and FC official and unofficial scenarios into a cohesive 'campaign' or 'season'?

Also, I'm not sure it's for everybody as it only uses the TV show races.
