Well, it seems to be appearing and disappearing randomly. Normally it is:

View posts since last visit
View your posts
View unanswered posts

But lately, all I can see is the bottom one except on rare occasions when it pops up and then disappears again when I reload the page..

Looks like I can only see it on the main forum but not in the sub-forums and not when reading a thread, either.
