WYN AuxDN Nancy with extra swag to test new software (1/3125 based on 32m/160m pods). Model is hollow using .040" shell. Most surface imperfections are my fault from using a 10-year old can of gray primer, so parts of it will need to be brushed and resprayed.

Will McC is the chief engineer of the Shapeways Store; maybe he would share with you the "standards and practices file" that would help you evolve into ships we could sell and pay you money for creating.
Printed in place, that's all one continuous piece of plastic. I have a model for the SCS version with the full flotilla, but I'm not completely happy with how the hangar deck looks yet, so this version got printed first.
With SL2500 D6 as scale. The Nancy was printed at the smaller SL2400 1/3788 scale, the wreck behind it was printed at full SL2500 1/3125 scale (well, started to print).
