Master starship books for other races?

Have you guys ever thought about writing your own custom scenarios and adding in "Prime Directive" (FC's role playing game) as a more enhanced scope to it?

One of the things that makes SFB great is the ability to design your
own custom scenarios.

As for a Master Starship rulebook for other races, SFB actually has this designed into each module.

The whole point of the Master Starship books is to put them all in one place, so you don't have to flip around thru a stack of books (or cut the books up and sort the pages into three-ring binders). Plus some of the data was incomplete or changed since first released, especially in the older modules.

I know this is an old thread, but I just wanted to say that I'm one of those who love the history and background info on the races and ships. A recent newsletter listed a Federation Commander Master Starship Book for 2017 release. Is that still on track? Will it cover all the races?

The powers that be decided we would do FC Scenario Log #2 instead. It comes out in a couple of weeks unless I get distracted.

The problem with an FC reference starship book ("master" is SFB; "reference" is FC) is that it would just be a copy of the SFB book with about 10% of the text deleted, making people wonder why we were going to do it at all. Many of those who wanted it most had already just bought the SFB version and ignored the stuff about refits and so forth. So we rethought that one. And continue to rethink it.

Like I said, customers decided they wanted Scenario Log #2 more than an SFB product with some text left out.
