I saw one from '13, leading me to believe that this has incorporated the old rules.

Is there a more recent version?

James Kerr is the gentlemen responsible for the ACTASF cheat sheets.

The 2013 version is revision A. The latest and great version is version E.
It should be available on the ADB page (and if it isn't - I'll get a copy of the PDF to them), but James also uploaded it the ACTASF fan facebook page.
