Advanced Operations and Planetary Operations Rules Updates?

I understand these two products (Advanced Operations and Planetary Operations) have been updated to the newer, better counter sheets with MORE and nicer counters.

Have the rulebooks been updated?

Not yet, but they will be, at least one of them next year.
