The following ships have been submitted to Paul this week and will be available in FCOL soon:

Lyran DND (Mountain Lion DD)
Hydran LM (Lord Marshal CC)
Frax CWS
Tholian PDW+
General Small Auxiliary Cruiser (see below)
General Small Utility Ship

The following Ground Bases:
Power Station
Agro Station
Outpost
Garrison
Mining Station
Small Ground Base

Also submitted were customized Hydran and LDR versions of the Small Auxiliary Cruiser, with the PH-3 replaced by PH-G.

I keep sending them two ships a day, but I'm likely to run out of ships they don't have by August.

Even while busy with StratCon and doing five F&E books, I still sent FCOL two ships a day. I have about 60 left.

They haven't done them all yet, but I have sent them all GenWar ships and all Early Years ships. I am working my way through the 70 Middle Years ships and realistically expect to finish by 1 Sept.

The "MY" ships are Middle Years ships from Briefing #2, and there are also some of the Early Years playtest ships from CL39. In the next version of the client, drone speed will be user-changeable in FCOL, so the client will be able to handle speed-16 Middle Years drones and speed-8 Early Years drones.
