Damage Allocation Nitpick

This isn't that big a deal but I just noticed that the example provided for rule (3D3c) in the Reference Rule Book states that the 'Federation' player rolls a die to select the damage allocation chart. Since the damage to the Federation ship was caused by the Klingon wouldn't it be the Klingon player who rolls that die?

Rule (3D3a) says, "Players roll ..." So, either player can do the roll.
