Well it all started last week when I got a friend to buy the last copy of FC: Klingon Border at our FLGS. He tried SFB a long time ago and hated it, but heard good things about FC. I taught him how to play that night and he loved it.

This past weekend I demo'd the game to several of my club members at our monthly meet. Another one who tried SFB and couldn't get through it tried it out and absolutely loved it. Several other members, many of whom were completely new to SFB and FC also really liked the game.

Keep me in mind the next time you have the itch to play. I'm about 10 minutes from RIW and I would love to get back into FC.

Does this group still meet? I am from Ferndale just north of Detroit but get down to Pandemonium once a week to run Warmachine leagues. I could use some Fleet time to break things up.

I lived in Detroit from 1991-1994. I remember a group that played in a basement, the host had LOTS of miniatures, including a B10. I remember 500 BPV pickup battles fought on a huge table.

I could have sworn that it was in Livonia. Was that you guys?
