Necessity of Fed DN 3rd Nacelle?

Not to revive an old thread, but could anyone with module R9 let me know the YIS date for the Fed Light X Dreadnought?

Y182 is the YIS for all of the DNL-X ships.

Do note, of course, that they are also marked as being "Impossible to build".

Yeah, I know they're impossible. I was just going to add my own "impossible to build" ship to the list of dreadnoughts, and wanted to get the timeframe right for the small history paragraph I was going to write.

One quick follow up question:

Is there a specific reason why the DLX's proved to be impossible to build? Or is it just a game balance thing?

Just the generic, "no one could make X-technology work on size class 2 vessels".
