Is it possible to have the federation vs romulan fleet listings for day of the eagle and the federation vs klingon on the border it is the ship names iam after.

Romulan Attack actually provides a fairly good list of the ships that were present on the Federation side of the border on the Day of the Eagle, as well as the immediate fates of them.

I don't know if the other lists have ever been put together.

This pretty much duplicates what is seen in CL#5.

And you can also see something that gives you an idea with the F&E Order of Battle (around Y170 I think) that is posted on the starfleetgames website:

Here is the list of ALL ships that were built (or even considered) by all the empires, so it'll have the names you want but it doesn't specify which were around during the initial attacks and which were built later.
