Federation Schematics
These are my gallery schematics for Federation ships from SFB/FC . I'm retouching them a little, but I'm really looking to just organize everything I've got for now...
Edit: I broke this post pretty bad when I moved and updated the gallery for these ships. See the 'Franz Joseph Collection' thread for the ships that were in this post.

I've got a few Klingons and Romulans around, and I've got a Gorn template SOMEPLACE that I did in my older style. I've been holding them back, though, pending other projects.Sneaky Scot wrote:Great stuff Vanguard - looking forward to some of the other races (if you have them).
In the meantime, I'll update a few more SFB ships tonight and get them up. I've pretty much got all the Federation ships up already, but there's a few more left.

I started off measuring and drawing the saucer and nacelles as 'generic' parts in Paint Shop Pro. Everything else is pretty much measuring and filling in gaps from those few pieces.Charles Lewis wrote:How do you make these? They really look great.

That was my primary source of inspiration (as my 'Ships of the Technical Manual' compilation explains). I took a lot of basic hull measurements from those images. But I varied a lot of things heavily past that point.
