Are all Klingon Products in KB or KA?

Almost all. I think there's a D7C bonus ship in one of the boosters, and the B10 is in Battleships Attack, and there's a few ships in Captain's Log and Communique. Oh and there's the D5D drone cruiser in Briefing #1. But probably 95% are in KA and KB.

USS:E - I hate to sound like a broken record, but again...
check the Master Ship Chart in the Commanders Circle.
It lists every ship card printed to date, along with what product, communique, Captains Log, or booster it can be found in.

Well, technically you'd get a few other Klingon ships in Briefing 2... though they would be intended for the Middle Years setting, not necessarily for mixing it up with the General War-era ships.

(Though I guess you could try and experiment with the pre-refit ships, if you wanted to.)

Hey, somebody had to upgrade a ship first. I could see a situation in which "the first of its kind" faced off with a pure MY ship.

ADB probably would never publish such a thing, but anyone can set up any situation they want behind closed doors...

Mike, write out the scenario and submit it. ADB's always looking for interesting scenarios.

There's also several documented cases of time travel in the SFU. In the SFU, the space-time continuum was built by the lowest bidder and is full of holes ;) :D

A good example might be a scenario set in the latter half of the Four Powers War, showcasing the advent of the Dragoon and Cuirassier in Hydran service.

The efforts put in post-4PW to try and counter the hellbore led both the Lyrans and Klingons to boost their aft shielding, and in the case of the Lyrans resulted in the development of capacitors for their ESGs - but they had to learn the hard way why they needed to improve.

As an aside, when the Inter-Stellar Concordium are done for FC, one could possibly convert the (SH203.0) Of Things to Come scenario from SFB Module R7 - which has a refitted Vulture square off against an unrefitted ISC DNE, at a site which had been intended for talks between the recently-contacted powers.

FCB2 has lots of klinks, but that might not be what you mean.
