What is FCAB?

Post by ericphillips »

On the Commander's Circle Play Aids list, along with the Master Weapons Chart, et al, is something called "FCAB data files."

If I click it, it downloads a file named "FCABdatafiles1.ab"

What is this? Is it cool? Must I WANT it?

Thanks!

It's the Federation Commander Army Builder file.

Before you ask: Army Builder is a program developed by Lone Wolf Development to aid one in constructing armies in any point based environment.
FCAB provides the data point needed to construct fleets for Federation Commander.

Too bad Eric is gone and a replacement isn't online yet. The name it's listed under on the webpage should probably be clarified.

Yeah, I agree. I know what Army Builder is, but the description is:

FCAB data files
[ 13 Kb | Last updated: 12/18/09 ]

And that's it. So I didn't connect the two. From the description the program sounds like it is called FCAB. Needs to say what program the data is for. Thanks y'all for the insight!
